Problem Note 49413: ODDSRATIO statement reports nonestimable ("Non-est") values

DetailsAboutRate It

If the PARAM=GLM option is specified on the CLASS statement in PROC LOGISTIC, and the REF= option is also used to change the reference level of a CLASS variable from the default, the odds ratios estimates produced by the ODDSRATIO statement are reported as "Non-est" (meaning nonestimable). To avoid the problem, change PARAM=GLM to PARAM=REF.
